HOLYOKE MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNOUNCEMENT

 

HOLYOKE, MA – March 29, 2023 – HOLYOKE, MA – March 29, 2023 – Holyoke Medical Center (HMC) welcomes leadership change and a new member to the board of directors. Tricia L. Koss is now the Chair of the board, Mike Marcotte is the Vice Chair, and Dan McIntire has been welcomed as a new board member.

Tricia L. Koss, Esq., has been a member of the HMC board since 2016. Koss is an experienced officer/attorney with Fletcher Tilton PC. Her areas of expertise include commercial and residential real estate, financing, corporate and business law. Koss also serves as the Chair of the Gandara Human Rights Committee. A native of West Springfield, Mass., Koss previously practiced law in Holyoke for 11 years. She currently lives in Palmer, Mass., with a summer property in Southwick, Mass.

Mike Marcotte has been a member of the HMC board of directors since 2019, where he also serves on the Nominating Committee, Investment Committee, and Compensation Committee. Marcotte is the dealer principal/president of Marcotte Ford and is proud to be the 3rd generation dealer for Marcotte Ford and serving the Holyoke community. His areas of expertise include the auto industry and community service. Marcotte also resides on the board of directors of the New England Ford Dealer Advertising Fund (representing the Boston Region), is one of 10 dealers in the nation to reside on the Ford Model e Unbridled Committee – for Ford’s newest division of Electric Vehicles, and is a former board member of the Holyoke Boys & Girls Club.

Dan McIntire is a banking center manager at PeoplesBank. His areas of expertise include finance, banking, budgeting, and investing. McIntire is currently in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and has over 16 years of military service. He is also a former member of the West Springfield Rotary Club and the West of the River Chamber of Commerce, where he served on multiple committees. McIntire currently lives in Leverett, Mass. with his daughter and his dog, Mika.
